He had sold me a ticket book that I had given to my daughter, precisely to encourage her to go to the cinema more. In two years he actually used it very little, but the lady assured me that it had no expiry date. Yesterday I went with my two daughters, in addition to our three admissions there was one left, the lady said that "he was too old, and that's it, now he had an expiry date eh!" She took it back to my daughter and wrote to pen over a deadline at the end of March in such an unpleasant way, that a young student, with a thousand more technological cinema alternatives and smiling staff, will hardly see again. Not to mention the deceptive sales and dishonesty, but then for just one entry he could avoid this ugly scene.

I have always appreciated their punctuality, but it had never happened to me elsewhere that a manager chose to start the screening aware of the presence of customers waiting to buy the ticket - not due to delays but to the extreme slowness of the cashier.
